On Monday, April 6, 2020, at 3:56 pm deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff Department responded to a residence in the 31000 block of Sherman Road in Menifee for a reported domestic violence incident.
Upon arrival, deputies contacted a male adult who refused to exit the house after saying he had shot his family. During a negotiation process, the male refused to surrender and deputies heard a gunshot within the home. Upon entering the house the officers found a deceased adult male with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Three victims were also located inside the home, suffering gunshot wounds. Two of the victims were pronounced deceased on the scene, and a third victim was transported to a local hospital; however, they died once they arrived.
Investigators from the Perris Station and Central Homicide Unit responded and assumed the investigation.
A fundraiser was set up to cover funeral expenses for a woman, named Yarali and her two sons David and Ronaldo. https://www.gofundme.com/f/dtyv5-funeral?utm_source=customer&utm_medium=copy_link-tip&utm_campaign=p_cp+share-sheet
