Ingredients:
- One Granny Smith Apple
- One Pear
- Coconut Water
- Grated Ginger
- Ice
Peel the apple and slice it before placing into blender. Take the pear and slice the pear unpeeled, removing the seeds and stem. Take a portion of a ginger root and grate a teaspoon serving size into the blender. Now add coconut water, start with six-ounces and blend. Add ice and blend again.
You can adjust the water and ice to your liking and even add Stevia if you need the drink sweeter. The dash of ginger gives the icee a slight kick in flavor so be careful to not use too much.
This should make about two 12-ounce glasses.
